Abuse & unsubscribe
Got mail from a sancharak.com host you didn’t expect?
This page is for two people: someone who wants a message from a Sancharak sender to stop, and a mail administrator or recipient reporting spam, phishing or abuse. Both are handled by a person on the team that runs this infrastructure — not an automated queue.
If you just want it to stop
Unsubscribing is one click, honoured immediately
#Every campaign message sent through Sancharak carries a one-click unsubscribe link served from u.sancharak.com, and the underlying List-Unsubscribe / List-Unsubscribe-Post headers your mail client may act on directly.
Clicking that link, or using your mail client’s built-in “Unsubscribe” button, removes your address from that sender’s list immediately:
- No login or account required.
- No confirmation page asking you to explain why.
- No delay — suppression is enforced platform-wide, so the address cannot be re-added to that list by the sender.
Transactional mail (receipts, security alerts, account notices tied to something you did) is not affected by list unsubscribe, since it isn’t marketing. To stop those, contact the sender directly and ask them to close or adjust your account.
“One-click unsubscribe removes you from that list immediately. There is no queue and no way back onto it without opting in again.”
If something looks wrong
Reporting spam, phishing or abuse
#If a message from a sancharak.com host looks like spam, contains phishing or malware, or otherwise violates our terms of use, tell us. Reports go straight to the team operating the platform and are matched to the specific sender account responsible.
Forward the message as an attachment, with full headers, to abuse@sancharak.com.
Most mail clients have a “Forward as attachment” or “Show original” option — headers let us trace exactly which sender and hostname sent it.
If you're a mail administrator, note the connecting IP or hostname.
That’s usually
mta-a.sancharak.com; include your server’s rejection or deferral log if the issue is deliverability rather than content.Tell us what's wrong.
A line or two is enough: “unexpected marketing mail,” “looks like phishing,” “impersonating our brand,” etc.
We investigate and reply within one business day.
Confirmed violations result in throttling, suspension or termination of the responsible sender’s access, per our terms of use.
